YANKOVSKYI STANISLAV ANATOLIIOVYCH
Partner of the Bar Association «Alliance of Lawyers».
Advocate, PhD in Law, Professor of the Department of International Law and Comparative Jurisprudence at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
Competencies: tax, customs, financial, land, commercial, criminal, European, international, military law. Issues related to deferment from mobilization and discharge from military service.
Education: Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

HOW WE WORK
CONSULTING ON THE PROBLEM
The first stage in our advocates’ work is consulting. We will schedule a meeting with a specialist in the problem-related area of law at convenient for the Client time. At the meeting we thoroughly study the problem and analyze the existing documentation.
PLANNING AND WORK
We offer options of resolving the problem, explain legal nuances and possible risks, and make a step-by-step action plan. If needed, we offer the possibility of pre-trial dispute resolution. After agreeing on further actions with the Client, we sign a legal aid agreement.
RESOLVING THE PROBLEM
After defining the action plan and signing the legal aid agreement, we start working on the most acceptable and high-quality solution to the problem. At this stage we prepare all the necessary documentation and provide support in public authorities and representation of the Client’s legal rights and interests in the courts of all instances.
