Any trial is a quite unpleasant process, in which the truth needs to be proven. Whatever side of a legal process you find yourself on, you have a right to represent your interests in persone, but only a professional representative in court will be able to organize and pursue a certain line that will bring success.
By issuing an official power of attorney, a competent advocate will act in trials on your behalf, on behalf of third parties or on behalf of an organization. Only professional advocates will be able to efficiently represent your interests in a judicial process, even if you are not present in the courtroom in person.
Representation of interests in court helps the participants of the trial:
- assess the situation from a professional perspective and perform the needed actions competently;
- consult;
- participate in the trial either with you or on your behalf (represent your interests, call witnesses, take part in the discussions with the participants of the trial);
- issue the necessary accompanying documentation (signing a statement of claim, submission of the dispute to third courts, drawing up the counterclaim, appealing a court decision, etc.).
